Tenant agrees to pay a nonrefundable fee of $35.00 per pet, for the right to keep a pet in his/her apartment. TENANT MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE BEFORE PET IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Peak Properties will not be held liable for any action caused by the animal. This amount is payable, at the 1st of each month.
By clicking submit I agree that:
1. This agreement is to allow tenants to have a pet. Pets include but are not limited to: cats, dogs, birds, etc.
2. Tenant Agrees not to leave pet in apartment unattended for extended periods, nor tied outside at any time.
3. Tenant agrees to walk dog away from building and landscaped areas to go to the bathroom and further agrees to NEVER ALLOW dog to run loose on the grounds.
4. Tenant agrees to keep the outside landscape of the apartment clean by picking up after the pet. Failure to pick up pet feces will result in a $5.00 per pile charge.
5. Tenant agrees that if, in the opinion of Manager the pet becomes a nuisance, the pet will be removed permanently from the apartment.
6. Cats are not required to be walked (all other provisions apply).
